My Mabel is going to be 1 years old in a few days. It was just a year ago she was this small.

A very sloppy catfish joe Originally uploaded by tricksn26treats this is mine with Onions Super Easy Recipe: Catfish Green Peppers Onions Good BBQ Sauce Vegetable Oil Good Whole Wheat Buns Saute your diced green peppers until soft (5 mins or so) and then add your onions if you like (I had to cook separate because Clint can't have onions) Cook until it's to your liking, then season your diced catfish with salt and toss it in the mix. Making sure all the fish touches the pan and cook for about 8 mins or so. Add some paprika and your favorite BBQ sauce. And presto! You have your Catfish Sloppy Joe. (Oh, butter your buns and grill it on the pan if you like)

So, I've decided. I miss writing. I've kept a 'diary' since I was 10 years old. I have volumes. But somehow, when I hit my 30s, I've gotten writer's cramp or perhaps 'blocked' not sure what the problem is, so bare with me as I try to bring myself back to writing/journaling again. I'm a foreigner and I'm not really a good writer. Poor grammar and bad spelling to add to it. So, my "Big Fat Bike Race" (as Clint would like to call it) is coming up in a few weeks! I have not been heavily training. So starts the last minute training. Yes, in a few weeks, I won't hurt as bad if I try to at least get in a few rides. Time to pack the kids in the trailer and bike my heart out. Then go through ninja training on some killer hills. I guess I never learn. This has been a 4 year habit now. But I survive somehow and I finish within range. But I'll try my best to beat the time I had last year. Well, good night moon and good night, nobody.

Hoping it would make him want to wear it. No luck. The boy was just not going to wear it. Oh well, at least it looked cute.
